There aren't many four year olds that will stand serenely with one hand on their sister's shoulder and a gentle smile on their face. While this might make for a beautiful image, it's not accurately capturing your child and their amazingness that makes them who they are.
Personality portraits are an opportunity to capture your kids as they are right now: Silly, serious, shy, energetic and everything in between. There are no forced smiles here. These black & white portraits act as a memory of the way they are right now.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT EXACTLY ARE "PERSONALITY PORTRAITS"?
They’re fast-paced, 20-minute, black-and-white sessions designed to showcase every silly grin, scrunched nose, and unstoppable giggle your child has to offer.
WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR?
A plain white T-shirt keeps the spotlight on their expressions. Don’t worry if you forget one— I have a stash of fresh whites in studio.
WHAT IF MY CHILD HAS A SCRATCH OR A BREAKOUT?
Minor bumps and bruises are retouched so the focus stays on smiles, not boo-boos.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET THEM READY?
Keep hair simple (think brushed but not “runway”) and faces clean—no snacks just before the shoot unless you love cracker crumbs in portraits! Remove those temporary tattoos, the chipped nail polish and the picture of their goldfish that they drew on their arm.
MY CHILD IS SUPER SHY/EXTREMELY GOOFY. WILL THAT WORK?
Absolutely. Shy kids warm up with gentle prompts; goofballs get to unleash the sillies. Either way, genuine personality always shines through.
CAN SIBLINGS SHARE A SESSION?
Each child’s personality deserves its own spotlight, so sessions are booked per child—but siblings can book back-to-back. We always leave some time for pictures together, although we can't guarantee everyone will be feeling it.
DO YOU PROVIDE PROPS?
The real prop is your kid’s imagination! I keep backgrounds clean so their expressions pop, but feel free to bring a favorite hat or stuffy if it screams “them.”
HOW MANY IMAGES WILL I RECEIVE?
For each child, you’ll view a curated gallery of 15–20 keepers and can choose the 5 that suit your wall (or Grandma’s fridge) best.
